Pre-registration Form

NATO Leadership and Security Course

To formalize a pre-registration, please note that the steps of the process will be as follows:

  1. In the next step of the process, you will need to fill out a form with your personal information, attaching the following files in PDF format:
    • ID / NIE / Passport (both sides if using ID or NIE)*
    • University Degree (or Responsible Declaration)*
    • Academic Transcript with the GPA*
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)*
  2. By clicking the submit button, you will send us all the information provided, but the pre-registration will not yet be confirmed.
  3. So that we can confirm your pre-registration, once we receive the form with your details, we will send you an email with the payment information, where you will be able to pay the €50 pre-enrolment fee. This should not be confused with the tuition fee. This amount will later be deducted from the final price or refunded if the applicant is not admitted or decides not to continue.

Note: If the pre-registration is not completed and/or confirmed, a place cannot be guaranteed.

Controller: ABS QE.
Purpose: to manage your pre-enrolment and admission process for the requested postgraduate programme, including verification of the entry requirements and communications related to the process.
Legal basis:

  • Performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to verify the authenticity of academic documentation and the identity of the applicant.

Recipients: data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or to collaborating entities necessary for academic management, such as the virtual learning platform, always with appropriate safeguards.
Rights: you may access, rectify and erase your data, as well as exercise other rights, by contacting the Data Protection Officer at (mailto:vmartinez@[no-spam]garanteprivacy.es), or at ABS QE, C/ Orense, 34, 10th floor, 28020 Madrid.

* The legitimate interest for processing personal data during pre-enrolment is based on the following aspects:

  • Purpose: to manage the admission and enrolment process for the postgraduate programme.
  • Necessity: it is essential to verify the applicant’s identity, qualifications and contact details in order to assess suitability and formalise the application. This process cannot be carried out without processing personal data.
  • Proportionality: only data that are strictly necessary are collected, such as contact details, academic data and basic identification data.
  • Balancing test: the institution’s interest in efficiently managing admissions and the student’s interest in undertaking the postgraduate programme prevail over the minimal impact on privacy, provided that the data are protected and not used for incompatible purposes.
  • Safeguards: the student is informed of their right to object to the processing in the privacy clause.
